March 2025 - “Thrive Cape Cod Conference” at Cape Cod Church

The presenters at the 2025 “Thrive Cape Cod Conference” offered great teaching and encouragement to Cape Cods churches for methods of growth and meeting the needs of our communities. Having a table at the conference gave us a great opportunity to share Treasured Live’s vision and mission with many conference attendees.

February Volunteer Dinner
Treasured Life hosted a Volunteer Appreciation Dinner for those of our Volunteers who were able to attend. A great dinner and time of fellowship was followed by a planning session for our November 1st Benefit Auction as well as some sharing about the exciting 2025 plans for “Treasured Life”.

Lana Atamian, owner and experienced recovery house operator of Next Chance, and some of the women in search of healing from alcoholism and drug abuse accept our Hope-Filled Bags.

Keynote speaker Melanie Sachs-Barton, one of our Board Members; Barnstable County District Attorney Rob Galibois; State Representatives Steve Xiarhos and Kip Diggs; as well as representatives from service organizations on Cape shared their desire and programs to alleviate human and sex-trafficking at the January 31, 2025 Human Trafficking Awareness Event at the Great Awakenings Coffee House.

September 2024 Regional Domestic Violence Council

Our walk was on Sunday, May 12, 2024. Celebrating Mother’s Day by honoring the special women in our life and taking a stand against sex trafficking on the Cape and Islands. We began and ended the walk on the Hyannis Village Green. The route took us on a beautiful walk past beaches and marshes.

After the walk, at 1 pm we had guest speakers, Survivor Rev Catherine Boyle, D.A. of the Cape and Islands Rob Galibois, State Representative Steven Xiarhos and Detective Katie Parache.

Sharing Treasured Life's mission and goals along with 50 other Cape Cod Organizations at the Cape and Islands Regional Domestic Violence Council. Much amazing work is being done for the vulnerable on Cape and Islands!
